Toofan is a Bangladeshi action-crime thriller directed by Raihan Rafi. 

The story follows the rise of a ruthless gangster — born as Galib — who becomes the feared don “Toofan,” building a vast criminal empire through violence, betrayal, and manipulation. 

The film also features a parallel thread: a struggling actor, Shakib Khan’s character Shanto, is forcibly recruited to impersonate Toofan, leading to a dangerous conflict of identity and power.
